​That's right, July's pick is the long anticipated new novel from Arundhati Roy, author of The God of Small Things. The Ministry of Utmost Happiness is by all account a masterpiece of storytelling, bringing the reader along on a journey through the Indian subcontinent as it weaves together the lives of a set of wonderful and fascinating characters.
